Process
Once we receive a Job Spec we will search our extensive database that has over 300,000 registered candidates. NRS database will automatically match candidates for new roles that are entered onto the system which ensures that skills sets are matched and that know candidate can slip through the net.
Advertising
NRS Ltd has strategic websites that we use to get full attention for the role. What this means for our clients, is that you can rest assured that each and every vacancy is not only being worked on by highly competent consultants but that it is receiving the very best exposure it can through a variety of media sources. All advertising is paid for by NRS unless stated other wise.
Candidate Screening
Typically we scrutinise between 10 -20 candidates for each position. We short list candidates and then conduct in depth and structured telephone interviews arriving at a final selection. All candidates exactly match the job specification, but more importantly the culture and personality of your organisation. All candidates are psychometrically tested and attend face to face interviews where this is a client requirement. Information packs containing CV, test results, interview notes, are emailed to you at this stage.
Candidate Submission
Because of the cost implications of delay - we work very hard to get it right first time and are confident at the submission stage that you will be delighted with the candidate we propose. If you are unable to make a selection we revisit the candidate specification and find out the reasons and start the process again at no cost to you.
Aftercare
Its important to both of us that you end up with an improved selection process with better levels of staff retention (see our return fee structure). We need your business over the long term and we work with our client to monitor and improve staff retention levels. NRS also offer 100% fee rebates on candidates who do not make the grade with your organisation (terms and conditions available on request).
IR35 advice
NRS Ltd is keen to help both clients and candidates operate within the boundaries of IR35. To this end we endeavor to utilise IR35 friendly contracts-for-services. We have consulted our solicitors and had our position confirmed by external specialists so that there will be no backlash from tax liability.
