We do not mass mail CVs to clients. Each individual that approaches NRS is matched up to a suitable position. Our clients do not wish to receive batch loads of CVs and we don't wish to send them. For any one vacancy we carefully match each candidate to a specific vacancy to ensure the best math possible.
How it works:
The first stage is to make sure you have a suitable CV, and that you send it to us at the earliest possible stage. If you are unsure how to write a professional CV, please refer to the CV Builder section. Once you have an up to date CV registered with NRS we will be able to actively match up your skills and requirements with suitable positions and start sending you Job Specs for roles that match your skill set.
Permanent:
If you are applying for a Permanent position through the services of NRS you will have a Senior Consultant informing you of the interview progress. We arrange the interviews / testing on your behalf. After you have an interview and have liaised with ourselves regarding its success we will inform you of the outcome once we have received feedback from the client. A consultant will call you in the early part of your new role to make sure every thing is fine and you are happy where you are. And you can call us anytime with any issues.
Contract:
Contract roles with NRS are mainly within the oil & gas industry. With new laws (IR35) that have come into place we are by law enforced to make sure that you are paying the correct levels of tax. We use a company based on the Isle of Mann so our contractors receive the maximum gross pay of their daily wage possible and clearing them of the UK law. This is exceptional value as you will save yourself 20-40% a year in annual payments. NRS consultants and their team are on hand to discuss IR35 implications. Accepting a Job:
When deciding to take a role whether it be permanent or contract it is important that you let your Senior Consultant at NRS negotiate your rates, salary, package and benefits. We are trained in negotiation and will make sure you get whats best and what you deserve. The role that NRS undertakes on your behalf DOES NOT COST YOU ANYTHING as the agency fee is negotiated independently with the client.
